My Career Journey
With over a decade of experience in the Employment Services industry, I am deeply passionate about fostering the prosperity of people and communities. As a strategic thinker, I collaborate closely with individuals and organisations to develop and deliver programs supporting Community Leadership, Employment, Training, and Youth Pathways. Transitioning into the VET sector, I found a passion for mentoring aspiring leaders in Leadership, Management, and Human Resources.
I have continued in the Education sector, working with a program delivered in Secondary Schools to provide students with essential skills for entering the workforce, reinforcing the importance of accessible, supportive, and inclusive leadership development.
During 2024, I was very fortunate to facilitate the Fairley Leadership Program as part of the Goulburn Murray Community Leadership Team, which aims to building community leadership capacity and empower community leaders across the Goulburn Murray region and NSW Border Regions.
I hold diplomas in Leadership and Management, and Human Resources, which has empowered collaborative style both in the workplace and the community. I am committed to providing a vibrant culture celebrating diversity, passion, and lifelong learning.
I am a member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia and Career Industry Council of Australia, with qualifications in Training and Assessment, Project Management, Career Development, and Employment Services.
Actively engaged in the community, I serve as a current member of the Loddon Mallee ACFE Regional Council, and the Group Leader for the 1st Kyabram Scouts.
